He mentions mining application takes 60 days to be validated in Uganda, much shorter than in the DRC if you know what I mean!

Also is it not the first time he mentions 50 years?
On the short-term he mentioned few weeks for the MRE, I was expecting it sooner but it does not do us much harm.
