Risky, the volume here on the Nasdaq is pathetic as well. Without good news to drive the share price and volumes up, it will take forever to raise 35 million. That's why I believe this is a bullish move by Kazia. I'm thinking management feels price, volume, and liquidity will improve in the near future.
Would you rather have sold shares to a fund at a 20% discount? (Which they'd probably flip for a quick gain)
