They are reopening a mothballed mine, that takes a lot of cash to complete, absolutely no surprise to see this outgoing of money, I'd be more worried as a shareholder if they were not spending the money to get it moving!
All looking very much on track and in great shape, every box is ticked and good to see the environmental impact noted as this always seems to cause delays for so many projects.
