Thanks for posting the link @Bloky. I listened to it today.
There were some good questions raised towards the end. There was one about had the board considered an alternative to the proposal, IE try an negotiate a better deal for share holders. All TK said was (this is my perception of what was said in the reply ) that the board received the offer, considered it over the weekend and then approved it by way of recommending all SH to accept it. Ergo IMHO they did not try to negotiate on SHs behalf.
My thoughts are:- what sort of board does not try to get its share holders a better deal? Was the first offer sooo good that they took it? Not such a hot deal in my opinion!.
