Upon second read EOI is for all of BUD including Lifx. I assume negotiations may allow the party to take out the good bits so long and M&R get their fill.
Either way, EOI was posted during Tuesday 26th April financial review.
Mckhenry - Defs looks like an EOI to potential parties to me. Whether or not a condition to gazette the sale exists, I don’t think this is it.
