Why would KWR, who own the tenements, allow someone else to drill the land and not provide the results? Private driller or not, the results would be material and would need to be released. There's plenty of private drilling companies out there.

Why would FMR not commit to the JV, but then drill 6 holes at their expense and get nothing in return? FMR holds the results, well then KWR says no JV and we will just twin the holes ourselves (which KWR didn't do).

Is KWR/FMR the only company where taking 6+ months to drill and get results back is acceptable? BS

Why hasn't KWR explained, in plain language, why the JV fell through? FMR DD wasn't satisfied, well wtf does that actually mean?

I have no doubt that KWR wants to monetise their deposits, every explorer does, but the 06 Oct 21 deal is dead in the water.

Now, having said all that, KWR have 505kozs JORC'd, which at $100oz in ground value spts a $50M MC. Further Menzies drilling, along with Goonbag results adds upside potential to the MC, so I see KWR as being undervalued at the moment.

At this end of the market, don't make excuses for a company not delivering.
