I have to say though, that my patience is being a little tested with respect to the lack of updates on financing.
I suspect the issue is with the Thai's.
The latest update from the company said "Kingsgate anticipates that the first tranche of funds will be available for drawdown in April, subject to completion of certain conditions precedent including finalisation of the Lender’s due diligence and execution of legal documentation." I have a suspicion that the undisclosed CP's (note use of "including" rather than "exclusively" or similar language) includes reaching some type of formal agreement with the Thai's, which they may be dragging their feet on.
It just doesn't make sense for documentation and confirmatory DD of a committee-approved deal to take this long.
