What rate was he paying in the first place???
Non bank or solicitor funding, would have had to fund the purchase
In that position, why would he purchase such a property??
His financial awareness is on full show once again
Must have done pretty well from sales of businesses etc to service such funding, as we know he couldn't service on bank metrics based on salary stated in financials.
Another huge red flag for me. IMO
