I think that bit highlighted yellow is what May get a fire under the share price no pun intended, delays in testing aren't ideal in terms of delays in pulling oil out of the well but the aim of testing was to prove moveable hydrocarbons. They've basically done that and been s#/ting themselves the whole time as well about well control!
I wonder how long for an independent certifier but I'd assume a month or two tops.
