    There is a capper at 60c the same guy buying it at 59.5 etc doesnt want to sell at 60c....why....

    I put just a few in the Queue to sell at 60c to see what happens and was rushed to very top of queue.....as seller doesn't want to use their shares......as they are teyong to buy lower.....

    but what do I know....
