Not entirely true. BUB's revenue for the HY period ended 31 December 2020 was $18M vs JAT's $13M. You are right that for same period, BUB incurred higher loss. I don't know what's the MC of both companies at that point but if you can provide me that information (and make sure you back it up with supporting screenshoot) then maybe I can explain to you why.
