if you spin out the copper and the phosphate project is stalled for years then you really dont have much value left in AGR.

If hower you spin out the copper into a new company that AGR retain 51% and float the remaining 49% you still retain that value in AGR while raising funds to support a vigorous drilling program and further the copper side of things.

Thoughts ?
