It is beyond me why FGR entered into this deal with SMI as there are other ways to raise cash without forcing shareholders to their knees. It is also beyond me why FGR needs to have raised so much cash and to be now sitting on $8m when all along for the last 3 years they have portrayed an image to shareholders that sales are just around the corner.
As usual, you need to be working for the company to have the slightest bit of insight of what FGR as a company actually does and where it’s headed.
