Mr. Market pricing SIS as a prime shell currently. It must be a reason for that.
The French competitor of Carbonview just raised $23Mfor an example. Why SIS would not be able to do something similar? It all dependson willingness and competence.
However,not everything lost yet hopefully.
Yes, itwould be really hard to raise +$10M but not impossible. They are in a rapidly growingsector where investors throwing money into very easily these days.
