    Hi Shirazy,

    It would not even be the brokers choice, it would be a few individuals that the brokers allocated the shares to, the brokers firm who handled the cap raise want to keep the share price high, a few individuals have probably have lost patience or need to raise cash. I think its great buying here and bought some yesterday.
