Yes, it would fit within the scope of Pillar 3, but I don't think that it's a likely area for collaboration, because:
* the new molecules search is too open-ended; lawyers couldn't cope with drawing up the collaboration agreement
* CoH is far better staffed and experienced than RAC in this kind of work.
