An updated news from the Connective saga against one of their ex-employee, Mr. Tsialtas. Now connective has sacked their lawyer for the case.
Fresh from complete and utter annihilation in the Victorian Supreme Court is news that mortgage aggregators Connective have politely decoupled from litigation shop Quinn Emanuel and its senior partner Beau Deleuil, pending an appeal against their minority shareholders to be filed within weeks.
Rather than a wholesale sacking of the American firm, Connective is said to have amicably parted ways with Quinn Emanuel and taken up instead with staid and sturdy King & Wood Mallesons for the appeal against Slea Group.
Never one to shy away from touting their courtroom victories, Quinn Emanuel’s clients were savaged across a 458-page judgment that was handed down in March, giving Connective 42 days to lodge an appeal.

If the court in favour of Slea group, then potentially they may become part of Liberty.
