Oh god, people here really are slow on the uptake.
Lets go through step by step.
Cerrium and friends require $20m in progress payments - EPM does not have $20m
This $20m will have to be funded by shares instead.
Cerrium has a vested interest to keep the share price low until these payments are made.
The lower the share price the more shares they receive.
It's really not hard to work out. Surely everyone on here has done their research on this?
