I'm thinking the Logo d.o.o people are laughing their asses off, having at best broken even during the period where they were owned by GSW (I think the 'segment' was pretty much cost-neutral, but I think they got to dump a good deal of admin cost onto GSW). So they got subsidized for a couple years then got their business back for a pittance. Essentially a $EUR5M gift. My hat is off to them. May they crimp cables in peace and prosperity.

The two US companies might similarly extricate themselves from this. It seems that DeliveryBizPro and Scheduling+ are all that GSW actually has (I don't think their original product even really exists in the market) but whether they can sidle away from this mess is an open question. If they are owed any earn-outs they might be able to do likewise.

It's like that bit in Terminator 2 where the bad terminator goes through all his forms as he melts down in the molten metal.
