People with Lactose allergies say they want a lactose-free cheese and yoghurt product - they current use goat (fetta cheese etc) but would happily buy A2M cheese and yoghurt if they made it. Does anyone whether A2M have tried this? I assume market research tells them it's not worth it?
I've tried to find out why but the A2M website just has a recipe for "DIY Homemade Yoghurt" https://www.a2milk.com.au/recipes/homemade-yoghurt
If only the introduction of A2M cheese and yoghurt could turn around the fortunes of this company!
