So am I correct in saying that the SML/EFA can still be signed and squared away at any point in time and doesn't rely on completing the Feasibility Study?
In other words, Tanzania isn't wanting the Feasibility Study before they grant the SML?
It looks like those dot points are extracted from the EFA.
