NST's share price at this minute is $9.85.
Pointless for NST to form a joint venture with STK, as
your holding of STK shares would be reduced to almost nothing.
In most cases that would happen.
Or what price would NST pay for a takeover ?
Remember, there is no such thing as something for free.
If NST wants STK they will pay the least amount they possibly can.
STK's Share price November 2020 .1029 cents.
STK's Share price October 2021 was .0864 cents.
STK's Share price today .070 cents.
Offer would be eight cents to (at best), eight and a half cents.
Forget takeover talk and just keep working the claim.
