the guardian reported with in 2 months of war Russia has sold €62bn of fossil fuel ( oil, gas ,coal ) which included €44bn to EU countries. ironically almost doubled than last year's average. last year in total was €140bn average of €12bn per month. first 3weeks of April by trade volume was down 30% . but they made more money thanks to the ever so high commodity price.
so, my question is what sanction have we imposed?
