until they have stage 1 running cost effectively, and commercial aspects sorted, they can't pull the trigger on stage 2. And they don't have the money for it either. CR.... I don't think so, so debt it goes, bank want to see profitable operation is achievable first before lending...
they said $20M stage 2 and was fully funded. Now apparently it costs $30M...
