I like it.
Wopuld like it more if concerted buying pushed price above 65 cents.
However the dearth of selling into offers of 62 cents and 63 cents should it continue requires buying groups to up bids if they wish to accumulate significant holdings.
Perhaps now that this good news has been posted a dump will come in to spoil the party?
