Lanthues launched PLYARIFY launched May 2021. "one year after we commenced our launch, more than 30,000 men have been imaged with PYLARIFY, including more than 20,000 in the first quarter of 2022 alone" which lead them to generate $US92m in the last quarter. They estimate the US market as 250,000 scans pa. They estimate the annual US potential market revenue at $1bn pa. Their cost per dose is ~US$4000.
In one year the Lantheus share price has risen 300% (UDS20 to USD60).
Telix launched Illuccix April 2022.... better product possibly slightly lower price point. Where to from here?
I'm hoping the AGM in May will provide good guidance on the effectiveness of the early roll out and TLX's distribution network. The June quarter reporting should provide a clear indication of how many of those 250,000 scans they are likely to be gaining given it will cover close to 3 full months.
It's not possible to draw a straight line from one company to the other but I find the comparison useful in determining the potential uplift for TLX over the next 12 months.
