Seems like a good deal. The plan was for an IPO which they shelved. I was kinda hoping it may happen eventually and we get issued some free shares in the listed vehicle. This deal however gets it all done much faster I imagine, we still get upside from it and SOL have cash to deploy elsewhere in a market starting to show opportunities.
