In order to get licence approval from dwer the landfill must be completed .
The complexity in license 2 and 3 , in order for license approval the landfill need to meet further requirements then your ordinary class 1 landfill .
I mean may was always on the cards ,end of April .
Could be any day next month and we are underway correct put m8s in the bottom drawer and rerate after a quarter or two to come .
I personally think it’s worth the hold , lots of money spent here to make this meet requirements another few weeks ain’t going to break us !
license needs to be approved upon delivery it is more a common sense factor , you can’t approve something unless completed .
I would say we are 95 to 98 percent completed patience game .
Material shortage has been a prick in the building game in the last two years .
