no I just think that is a cop out.. I am sorry (with all due respect...) this deal was stitched up in a very short time frame - like I said the excuse for not doing a proper raising in house (ie a RR) - and instead the need to go to the market outside "quickly" (it is always the excuse it takes too long to do a proper RR) was they needed to sure up the funds to do the deal. Now we see this deal has blown up in their faces, it's a cop out to not fess up and apologize to shareholders. What peaves me as a shareholder is don't blame shorts at the big end of town (for destroying the SP) when you have fed the brokers and the big end of town with cheap shares at a CR (to get a quick deal over the line). I mean give me a break. Management can't have their cake and eat it.. I am fed up with small growth companies in this country growing thru acquisitions issuing cheap diluted shares (at the expense of existing shareholders) to their broker and insto mates - then crying fowl when it doesn't go to plan and it was *their* crappy decision making and haste and lack of due diligence, to do a deal in the first place. Not happy Jan. IMO/NA
