I run 3 operations similar size to this one. I clock $1-2M quarterly on each minimum.
If I have a -$6M, my head rolls, then directors put my head in the crusher, and then into a sorter to see if there are any neurons in there.
simply as that.
the staff skill set comments are wrong, they don't own a single staff, they pay an operator to provide mining services as far as I am aware. E25 should have clauses to protect from inefficient service delivery if they are not performing. Covid is bullocks, 2 days in bed and back to work.
same for the plant breakdown, should have insurance or claim manufacturer... and recoup business interruption losses. no news in this front
My conclusion to date is the there is a naive approach to the operations given results and timing to sort things out. My own opinion. I might be wrong.... ?
