Alternatively, if you have 100,000 shares by June 6, your in-specie allocation of LLL will be 100,000 /1.4 = 71,429.
Remember, you need to be a FFX holder come May 5, and hold those (or more) shares until the 6th of June. If you sell shares, you lose your in-specie allocation.
