Strong suggestion here is to compare AUZ management to other companies and see what is missing. In other words dont look at what they are doing, look at what they are NOT doing.
I am referring to the specific things they need to do to bring a project up. It's the team. They have never had one that knows how it's done. Financing comes AFTER you have the confidence of the team in place. Then you advance the project specifics, then you get financing. They are all back to front.
