No idea Do use NPV discrepancies between initial & current 'spot', then existing MC of company for near term producers though.
Idea being when the market does maths on real invoice values and projects cash flows always results in sustained ST appreciation for 'overlooked' resource stocks, PAN a good example last 6 mths but would probably not be buying in now, trend has matured.
One that fits the bill now is TUL (not PNR).
Boys in the garage are into in depth detailed 'best in class' FA, had a visit from the gang gang's to the rail, 1st time in about 3 mths, they sound like geiger counters in avian form, good enough for us we took it as a sign, gotta be long U sector medium term
