The last sentence of the first paragraph is key to the purpose of the document.

“We believe that it is in every shareholder’s best interest to reject the takeover offer from Pfizer and retain ownership of ResApp Health.”

I would separate it from the paragraph and so have it positioned as a standalone statement that would be obvious even to someone not making an effort to read the document in depth.

Otherwise I think the content is excellent and requires little improvement.
