Potential for DRX MLM.merger or takeover

I note that Ilwella Pty is a 19.6% shareholder in MLM and is also a cornerstone investor in DRX having invested $3.6m in Feb 2029. I csn't see their name on the DRX top 20, but they may be held through a nominee company. MLM has tenaments close to those of DRX and are planning their own jetty for barging sands out to awaiting ships. Both are also joint venture partners in the Clermont copper project. I wonder if there are plans afoot to merge the two companies? It could be a prudent move for both companies, with DRX having a larger mineral sands resource, and MLM having better access to the Cape Flattery ports area, which DRX does not have. Pethaps Ilwella could broker a merger or friendly take over of MLM by DRX or vis-aversa. Any thoughts fellow shareholders?
