there are good economies of scale with such a large project. so a simple x4 not valid. We’re all guessing & will be till bfs done, but I’d be thinking more around $2.5-3b. But as I said, all guesswork atm.
I would also think they might consider letting one of the pipeline infrastructure groups build the pipeline and we pay per ton. We’ve got plenty of margin to do that. & it would keep the capex much lower.
