I think TIG needs to consider a 1:10 consolidation of its shares. The current 13 Billion shares is a drag. So instead of being a penny farthing stock at current 1.6c it would be worth 16c.
I believe a 16c+ share price level would entice more interest in the company even though the free float is less than 10%.

Weather forecast for Anadyr for next 6 days is not much different from past 10 days but forecast for next Monday 9 May is a whopping +4C.
