EQR's partnership with Cronimet is of huge importance/benefit. Their international connections have provided EQR with a customer base that provides product sale certainty. Their (ongoing) support has been crucial for EQRs development. Sales certainty allows the Company's focus to remain on the (re)development programme.
The additional (extremely) expensive infrastructure costs that EQRs (potential) competitors face places us in an enviable position; we are producing now, benefiting from the high tungsten prices now. We have a production workforce in place now and we are able to tap into local businesses (eg: metal fabrication, electrical installation) now.
The "wet season" is behind us, so quarry sales will grow significantly and with the (increasing) ability to grow our tungsten production levels EQR can look forward to an expanding cash-flow scenario -this is not the case with our (potential) competitors; for them it is ALL cost, NO cash-flow.
