Rights issue is always at a good discount but only justified if money needed to increase cash flow and profit.
So rights issue for Ungani looks too risky for my liking but if it's for Raphael Development then that's
not so bad ,
No reason given for the rights issue but with Oil piddling out of Ungani it's got to be for gas development
or we are all suckers.
