I've already requested the shareholder register, and transferred the funds in payment for it today.

Rather than rush ahead, I'm more inclined to wait for a number of reasons:
    1. We are already drafting our letter in public. Both Pfizer and Resapp will be aware of what we are planning to say to the shareholders. If we send first then they have the final right of reply to any of our arguments in their booklet and any associated statements.
    2. If we send before the meeting has been announced then we will be asking holders to vote before they are able to vote. There is a risk they will "cool off" and not bother, or simply forget about the whole thing by the time voting opens.
    3. There are several ways that the vote might never get to happen: Pfizer could withdraw the offer, the independent expert might find the offer is not in the best interests of shareholders, a superior offer could emerge that Pfizer are not prepared to match. If anything like this were to happen I think I'l like to put the extra money into Resapp shares rather than a mailout.

I suggest that we wait until we're certain we need to proceed, and until we've seen the booklet. That way we get the final right of reply, unless the company decides to send an update out of course...
