interest rates are increasing. why wouldnt you take the loan now rather than later. its a smart hedging decision. Its basically a cheap overdraft until we start mining again.
There is no surprise. they told us they are applying for it, then they explained they are using it just yet and now they are using it.
you are bitter and spend your time and effort somewhere else.
