You made me laugh with that one. I actually have HotCopper metrics I use when I evaluate a potential stock for investment:
- The more talked-about a stock is, the less actual business the company is doing. EOS is very talked-about!
- The more wildly, madly, indiscriminately enthusiastic the posters are, the closer the stock is to the edge of the cliff. EOS was generating a lot of enthusiasm at the start of 2020.
- The weaker the relationship between the company and the news posters are putting in the "in the press" thread the more trouble the company is having in doing business.
