this supply agreement with Merck just could have just been one of the great chess moves, to prompt another competitor or to get an interested buyer to increase their offer.
If this is the case it makes sense to cancel supply agreement.
To think either or got cold feet....I don't think so. I think both companies would have done their DD before committing to the agreement in the first place. only except IMU was in a win win position.
my opinion only.
