They have bought back over 31m shares from their target of 36m.
Buy back does not end until Sept, so at this rate they can reach the 36m target in a week, way before Sept.
Completing the buy back with months to spare makes me think management think the share price will rise from here, so they are trying to get the buy back finished before the SP rises too much.
