Honestly this is very poor form by the board, part of my investment thesis here was how well LC was communicating with shareholders. Nothing stinks worse then being left in the dark to speculate, this is never a good sign.

If positive news were to follow I would expect to see mention that further information will be shared shortly. Instead the abrupt nature of the announcement suggest something went seriously wrong between the two parties and neither one wants to elaborate. Perhaps a mistake by the board not fully understanding the initial collaboration terms and only found out later?

I do hope LC or Paul elaborates on this given how much they talked up the initial collaboration news when it happened.
If not, I will be much more sceptical around anything else she says.
