And it's like I've said in numerous previous posts. It was always interesting that Quebec had expressed the initial transformation of Nemaska as NOT having the stock market connections to valuations , shares outstanding , market sentiment etc....etc...what have you.

But I always said that Sayona would pave the way and show Quebec how its and this Industry ought to be valued in its own right and through a Company ' listed ' structure.

Now o.k fine , the Market overall has gone a long way to helping this thesis along with the rise and rise of almost everything Lithium.

But I stated and pointed this out ages ago....... And so I think it is quite ' Pivotal ' point if you like to see that Pallinghurst is choosing right ' NOW ' as the time to move its stake onto a formal transparent ' Balance Sheet ' account of its equity valuation of Nemaska from its stake in another ' Listed ' entity ..... being Livent.

So we now have a proxy for Nemaska's valuation which we can all monitor and track. Because up until now , we were just estimating with my previous figures coming in at around the circa $1.8 to $ 2 billion levels which is rather conveniently where we find ourselves ' mutually ' valued by Comparison......

At the same time , I can't help but think that Pallinghurst has done this step at this time for a greater reason , and one which we might all end up knowing about sooner than later.
