Hi If I was a crafty manipulator who owned half the company and wanted the rest on the cheap I would make the company look like crap .
You know thats not the case so If I offer you 5 cents in the dollar I am doing it out of charity and feeling bad about how much I destroyed the company.
If this was an Agri Business I would look real close at all the inter related dealing and look for hidden facts I could find. But hey its not so has to be legit .
Anyone looked into the history of the large shareholders to see if they are moral people
