And what do retail holders get - those who paid 20c or more - sophs soak up at 8.5c and dilute one's holdings. Sophs will double their money before some retail even get a chance to break even. Companies should never get to the point where they raise at such discounts and raise at the most inconvenient time with respect to low share prices. Doubt if any companies have retail interests at heart.
