    CRs are market sentiment are two different things.

    The CR had to happen at a large discount tothe 12 month Vwap. If market sentiment was still the same as mid last year it could have been done at a higher price. Rock and hard place for the company at times like these.

    But science and pipeline are still strong. And thats what counts.
