The nodding has been going on for years now.
Its the nudge nudge wink wink i am concerned about.
China will give them what they have always wanted. Refining in Tanzania.
The location of the refining has always been a sticking point.
For a number of reasons we dont want to go down that track.
After all these years we are still at loggerheads.
I hope i am still alive when an agreement is finally reached.
